Five Minutes
What would you do with an extra five minutes this week?
What’s stopping you from making that five minutes for yourself on your calendar right now?
What’s the most impactful thing you can do for yourself or someone else with 5 extra minutes?
Five Days
What would you do with an extra five days this month?
What is one thing you could do this week that would bring you closer to what you would do with the extra days? Stop and think about what would really move the needle even a little.
What can you say no to each week to keep making progress towards your “extra five day” goal?
Five Months
What about an extra five months? Five months where you get paid and don’t have any responsibilities, no deliverables that you don’t choose yourself.
You may need to take more time to work out actionable steps for a 5 month target.
What can you say no to now, in order to make time to make progress towards your “extra 5 month” goal?
It’s not about putting in more time, burning more of your candle.
It’s about identifying specific actions you can take to move closer to your goal. And then deciding what you can de-prioritize in your life to make time for that goal.
It might take longer than 5 days or 5 months. Much like the adage, the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now.
I invite you to consider what you would do with an extra five years. You might be surprised by what you think of, and it might change your future.
You can do this. I can help.
